Shipping & Delivery
Shipping: We ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority to all states in the continental U.S. We charge a flat rate of $6.50 for USPS First Class, and a flat rate of $9.50 for USPS Priority for remedy orders, plus an additional $1.00 added to orders that include pottery and remedy kits (per kit).
We do not currently ship international orders from our website (1/2023).
Processing times: In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed and payment has been processed. Orders placed over a weekend may require an additional 24-48 hours for processing. If you need a rush order, please contact us by phone or text (385-299-8681) for options. Otherwise, your order will be shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority.
Shipping times: Generally Priority Mail will arrive in 1-5 business days and First Class usually within 3-7 business days. Please note that USPS Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery times. We are not responsible for shipping delays in consequence of USPS policies, carrier delays, or holidays.
Back-ordered items: If an item on your order is marked “back-ordered” the entire order will be held until all items are available. Back-ordered remedies may delay your shipment by approximately 24-48 hours. If you want your back-ordered items shipped separately, please contact us at support@bluemorphomarket.com. If we split your order at your request, flat rate shipping charges will apply to both shipments.
If your back-ordered items require more than the extra 24-48 hours to ship, we will inform you by e-mail and send your in-stock items separately. If we split your order because of an extended delay on back-ordered items, only one flat rate shipping charge will be applied. The delayed back-ordered items will be shipped at our expense.

Returns & Refunds
Returns: Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you received damaged or defective products, you may contact us and we will be glad to arrange a replacement for you. We do not accept returns on remedy products for health and safety reasons.
Please write to us at support@bluemorphomarket.com with your order number, the date it was placed, and information about the damaged product. Requests for replacement product must be placed within 60 days of the date of your order.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund (excluding shipping and processing fees).
Write to us at support@bluemorphomarket.com with your order number, the date it was placed, and information about the product you used and why you are dissatisfied. Refunds are processed with your original payment method. Please allow time for your refund to process. Requests for refunds must be placed within 60 days of the date of your order.
Our payment gateway is through WooCommerce. WooCommerce.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately upon our request, and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
