Practitioner Accounts
Practitioner Account Set-Up: Sacred Plant Essence Remedies are available at practitioner prices if you have some proof of business and professional status as a healing professional. We do not sell our remedies to wholesalers to be sold in a retail setting. If you sell supplements as part of your healing practice you may be approved for a practitioner account.
Please print and complete this form to register for a practitioner account.
We like to develop a personal relationship with our practitioner customers. Please answer all of the questions so we can get to know you better. If some information is missing or unclear we may email or call you to learn more about your business and healing practice. You can also email us to initiate this contact if your circumstances are unique.
Email your registration form, and If you have one, a copy of your business or professional license to support@bluemorphomarket.com. If you live in Utah and want tax exempt status, email a copy of your tax exempt certificate as well.
All Utah customer orders are subject to sales tax in Utah unless a tax exempt certificate is provided with your business information (no exceptions). An EIN number is not proof of sales tax exempt status. Please send a copy of your tax exempt certificate to support@bluemorphomarket.com. If you do not have a copy of your certificate you can fill out this tax form and submit it instead:
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to review your information. If your practitioner account has already been approved by us or one of our independent distributors in person, we will automatically approve your account upon receipt of your information. When your account has been approved, you will be informed by email.
How to Order: When your practitioner account has been approved you can order product by emailing us at support@bluemorphomarket.com, or call 385-299-8681.
Shipping: We ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority to all states in the continental U.S. Please visit Shipping & Delivery for more information about our shipping policies and pricing. We do not currently ship international orders from our website (1/2024). Local will-call order pick up is available in Payson, Utah, by prior arrangement. If you are placing a will-call order, please email your order to support@bluemorphomarket.com to avoid the automatic shipping charges applied to online orders. Our system is not set-up for COD.
Remedy Support: Information and online classes are available to help you learn how to use the Sacred Plant Essences. If you do not have experience using sacred plant remedies or flower essences, you should visit our online Education Resources at Blue Morpho Journey to learn how to use this unique form of healing before purchasing these remedies for your clients.
